⚙️ How It Works

• Built natively on Data 360 — no training, no tuning, no ramp-up. It instantly inherits your Salesforce setup and maps your custom objects, workflows, and metadata (which means it understands CANDID's Prospect, Deal, Client, and Recruit objects out of the box)
• By default, Salesforce CRM is the only indexed source; Slack can be added optionally, and more sources connect through Data 360 like Outlook.
• Setup is largely automated: assign the Agentforce Coworker Admin permission set, search "Agentforce Coworker" in Setup, click Turn On — about 10 minutes
• ⚠️ Not supported in Government Cloud Plus orgs

🔐 Compliance & Security

• Coworker automatically inherits the org's existing permissions, sharing rules, and governance — users can only see data they already have access to. No separate security model to configure
• Admins also get Coworker-specific configuration options on top of the inherited guardrails
